1. Donations & Contributions
All donations made to Shri Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed successfully, it is immediately utilized for charitable causes, including education, empowerment programs, healthcare, and social welfare.
Please verify all information, including donation amount and personal details, before making a contribution.
Donations are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Receipts will be issued to all donors.
2. Event, Workshop & Program Registration
We conduct various social events, campaigns, and development programs from time to time. Refund and cancellation terms for paid events are as follows:
a) Cancellation by Participant

Cancellations must be requested at least 5 working days before the event by sending an email to us.

Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be provided depending on prior expenses and administrative processing.

No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made within 5 days of the event.
b) Cancellation by Foundation
If an event is postponed or canceled by Shri Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir Trust due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., logistics, weather, or safety concerns), registered participants will receive:

A full refund, or
-
An option to transfer their registration to the next event.
All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Duplicate or Excess Payments
If you mistakenly make a duplicate or excess payment, please notify us immediately via email with full transaction details. Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
4. Failed or Cancelled Transactions
In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited from your bank but not reflected in our records:

Please wait for 5–7 business days for automatic reversal by your bank or payment gateway.

If the issue persists, contact your bank first, then email us for assistance.
5. Refund Timeline & Mode

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
